Who we are

Most of the training is conducted by Richard Board, who with his family, has been hosting overseas language students, university students and business people for the past 20 years.  They have hosted ages ranging from 13 year olds up to 65 year olds and students from every corner of the globe including Lithuania, Peru, USA, Russia, Vietnam, China, Japan and most countries in Europe.

Richard loves to engage you in conversation and take you on trips into Canterbury or up to London.

With this wealth of experience, they know how to make a visitor feel at home.  They know how to talk with students who have had little experience of conversing with a native English speaker and they know about your concerns and worries when you are in a strange place far away from home.

Other teachers and trainers are employed when necessary.

Most of their hosting is done in their own home or in one of their self catering apartments nearby in the City of Canterbury.
